The Community Information Online Consortium (CIOC) is a member-based non-profit organization founded in 1999, dedicated to enhancing its online software for the benefit of its members and the public. In 2016, CIOC transitioned its software to an Open Source project known as OpenCIOC.org, benefiting non-profit organizations across Canada.

OpenCIOC offers a comprehensive suite of software tools designed for information and referral services, volunteer matching, human services, business directories, and community collaboration.
