The Musquodoboit Harbour Railway Museum is an independent, seasonal, community museum, owned and operated by the Musquodoboit Harbour Heritage Society, and located in the heart of the charming village of Musquodoboit Harbour, on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore. The Museum operates out of a beautifully restored 1918 Canadian National Railway Station. It provides a handsome example of architectural heritage and is home to a large collection of local and provincial railway artifacts including multiple train cars and original railway track. The Museum hosts a number of seasonal operators on the grounds, a visitor's centre, gift shop, food truck, beer garden, ice cream shop, and farmers market. There are fun activities for all ages, and live music is a regular event. Cap off your hike or bike ride on the Musquodoboit Trailway with a sweet treat and a little local history. Be sure to stop by and experience some of our famous maritime hospitality. See you soon!
