Barrelling Tide Distillery is an independently owned Craft Distillery located along The Bay of Fundy, in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. Our name was inspired by the rise and fall of the highest tides in the world we see here twice a day. Barrelling Tide Distillery was built on the belief of supporting local producers and quality will forever come before quantity. We hand craft all our spirits and liqueurs on site and use only the finest locally sourced ingredients. We believe in supporting our local farmers and hope you will join us in doing so this season! Visitors to the distillery have the opportunity to learn the fascinating process of creating world class spirits and enjoy a complimentary tasting.
