We are a small motel located in a small town that is full of charm, we are about 3 minutes away from Pete`s where you can get some of the best soft serve ice creams around, we are also located next to a small restaurant that is famous for its fantastic pie.. We are also in close proximity to lake Utopia, that has a great little beach so you can enjoy a nice afternoon of swimming, as well as New river beach if you prefer a nice swim in salt water and if you are interested in golf there is a small golf course located approximately 5 minutes away as well.
