If these walls could talk… and they do! Experience the Gaol (jail) cells where you are surrounded by the recently uncovered prisoner graffiti that makes every nook and cranny come alive. Layer upon layer of names, dates, drawings and poetry tell the story of what it was like to do time in the jail cells. The Albert County Museum is a complex of eight buildings on a 6 acre site that includes original Shiretown in its original locations. Explore through the twenty-three themed galleries of the museum and discover the captivating and thought-provoking stories of life along the Bay of Fundy.
