Ubuntu Cafe and Bakery opened in 2014 as a coffee shop located in the Selkirk library . Part of what we did was baking rusks. The rusks business has now expanded to such an extend that we decided to focus on baking rusks. We sold the cafe in March 2019. We still bake rusks in our bakery, and you can order rusks at our online store at www.rusks.ca. During the summer, you can also find us as the local Farmers' Market with freshly-baked bread
