The Missionary Oblate Sisters of the Sacred Heart and of Mary Immaculate, commonly known as The Missionary Oblates of St. Boniface, was founded in 1904 in Winnipeg by Archbishop Louis-Philippe Adélard Langevin. With the motto "Cum Maria Matre Jesu" ("With Mary the Mother of Jesus"), the congregation is dedicated to serving disadvantaged communities and witnessing to the Living Christ through their vibrant spirit and mission-driven work.
