The Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba (JCAM) is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to nurturing and sustaining the community's interest in Japanese and Japanese Canadian culture and heritage. Formed in 2013 through the amalgamation of the Manitoba Japanese Canadian Citizens Association and the Manitoba Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, JCAM represents Japanese Canadians in Manitoba and organizes various cultural and educational activities.
With a commitment to educate and inform the broader community, JCAM conducts programs in both English and Japanese, including the operation of a Japanese Language School and cultural initiatives for elementary school students. The organization also hosts the Japanese Pavilion at Folklorama, manages the Community Fund, and maintains a library of educational materials related to Japanese culture.
