EMO Building

The Lindsay Building, located at 228 Notre Dame Avenue in Winnipeg, was designed for entrepreneur Frank Lindsay by local architects John Woodman and Raymond Carey. Constructed between 1911 and 1912 by the Kelly Simpson Construction Company, this ten-storey office building has housed various professional firms, including insurance companies and the CJOB radio station.
