Wild Fire Organic Bakery

Wild Fire Bakery has been baking organic naturally leavened bread since 1998. We strive to provide our community with high quality foods that are accessible and genuinely nutritious. Simultaneously, we strive to create a healthy working environment and to operate in a socially responsible manner. Using a stone flour mill, we grind all of our whole grain, certified organic flour at our Nootka Rose Mill, located in Metchosin in partnership with Fry’s Bakery. We support locally produced ingredients as much as possible, allowing us to work with local growers and suppliers. Our offerings include pastries, tarts, cakes, breads, soups, salads, pizzas & sandwiches. Gluten free and vegan options are available.
