The Thunderbird Café, located in the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre (SLCC) in Whistler's Upper Village, is Whistler's most unique and culturally conscious eatery. Serving Indigenous inspired cuisine comprised of fresh local produce, diners can treat themselves to rich salmon chowder, flavourful venison chili, and nourishing fresh salads. Pastries such as bannock (fried bread) and bannock donuts make for delectable morning and afternoon treats, paired nicely with Spirit Bear Coffees. Thunderbird Café is accessible in the SLCC's admission free area on the lower level, adjacent to the Gift Shop.
