Stage is a hidden small plates Parisian style restaurant unique within Victoria and a locals secret. Found in the upstart neighbourhood of Fernwood which is just off the city center & home to both young professionals & artists as well as some of the city's most unique characters such as Terry the Bubble Wizard. The old European style streets are lined with string lighting that gives the moment a midnight in Paris vibe. The restaurant itself serves pre-nouvelle French small plates, the wine is largely European and it's the best place in the city to find an Absinthe served in the Parisian style to either cap the night or send it off in a total other direction.'
