Comox Valley Counselling, led by Arianna Clarke Watts, offers virtual and in-person counselling sessions in the Comox Valley with a trauma-informed and inclusive approach. Arianna is a trained relational somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) counsellor, providing a safe space for clients to explore and heal. With a heart-led practice, Arianna helps clients navigate through challenging times, facilitating understanding and reconciliation of conflicting aspects within themselves.
