Palate Kitchen

Only a few minutes from cruise ports and in Downtown Vancouver's Financial District, Palate Kitchen is a new dining concept by Pallet Coffee Roasters, offering a fusion of excellent food with excellent coffee. Guests can sit inside of a 4500 square foot heritage building on one of two mezzanines, while enjoying gourmet breakfast, brunch, or lunch with specialty coffee. Guests who are in a rush can utilize Palate Kitchen's unique feature: a front of house to-go coffee bar with freshly baked pastries and sandwiches. Palate is always happy to hosts meetings, events, and weddings.
