Mykola Bilous (1956-2023) Art Gallery in Hope, BC, exhibits six pieces made by the Ukrainian artist, a lifelong art resident of TSEKH gallery. The artist invented an original method of colour inversion; hence, the current personal exhibition in the Mountainview Brewery’s mezzanine is of utmost importance in terms of contemporary art aesthetics. Here is the description of the actual pieces: acrylic on paper, 60x80 cm, 2020 year of production, framed and signed. Featuring six separate art pieces that can be purchased individually, each artwork showcases a unique figure in a nature or portrait setting. The exhibition of Mykola Bilous in Hope is presumably on until the spring of 2024. Attendance is free. The curatorial guided tours can be pre-booked by appointment. Don't miss it out!
