Michelin recommended Moroccan Restaurant and bar in Yaletown. We use traditional Moroccan Tagines for cooking where the convection produced by the design of the pot cooks everything perfectly. The dish is naturally and continuously basted - ingredients are moist and the meat buttery. No Fats or oils used. Lots of Vegan options.
