Dashwood Fire Department

The Dashwood Volunteer Fire Department is a dedicated team of 40 volunteers operating out of two strategically placed fire stations in Qualicum Beach, BC. Under the leadership of Fire Chief Nick Acciavatti and a team of committed officers, they respond to an average of 150 calls for help from their community and surrounding areas.

With a focus on being at the forefront of their profession, all members of the Dashwood Volunteer Fire Department are NFPA trained and certified, sharing a passion and commitment to assist citizens in their time of need. Whether it's riding in the big, red truck or giving back to the community, they welcome individuals who are interested in becoming volunteer firefighters.
