CLR, the Construction Labour Relations Association of BC, has been a pillar in BC’s unionized construction sector since its establishment in 1969. The organization's primary goal is to foster stability and security in labour relations for contractors in the region. Through the years, CLR has expanded its services to include a wide array of Labour Relations offerings, alongside Human Resources, a comprehensive Drug & Alcohol Policy, Health & Safety initiatives, Jurisdictional Assignment Plan (JAplan), and Advocacy outreach.
