Claire and Guillaume run the Charcuterie Totoche, a family Deli business in Nelson. They proudly handcraft all their meat products, french sourdough breads, sandwiches and savory on premise, providing a range of dry cured meat and pepperoni, fresh saussage, cheese and party platters, cooked pies and baked food specialties. Everything is made with a focus on organic, locally grown and locally sourced ingredients.
