I'm an ordinary person with diverse real-world experience working with people from all walks of life-carpenters, doctors, teachers, first responders, parents, and more. My deep care for others has guided me through supporting individuals in life's toughest moments. Having engaged in my own therapeutic journey since my mid-twenties, I understand what it's like to be on the other side. I started as a Red Seal carpenter in 1985, later earning a master's in Pastoral Psychology and Counselling. After 20 years in pastoral ministry, I became a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in 2016. I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR for trauma, integrating faith and spirituality into mental well-being. I adhere to ethical standards and ongoing professional development through ACCT and ACTA. My approach helps individuals gain insight, heal, and create meaningful change.

We are an inclusive therapy practice specializing in working families, couples, and individuals when things such as OCD, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, or Grief are getting in the way of connection. We love working with families of all types, no matter your background or family make up.
