Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 by Phil Robertson and Sebastian Sztabzyb. Former engineers, they left their careers to pursue their passion for coffee -- today, they travel all around the world to source coffee direct from producers, and it's roasted fresh. This is an independent cafe serving quality-focused drinks and food with friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
