Join us for a 2-2.5 hour hands-on evening at our store where we learn about the history of the macaron, how to properly do the macaronage, tips & tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation, and troubleshooting (12 people). Sample macarons & have tea from our own line of premium organic loose leaf teas. Take home about 30 macarons!
