The Nicholls Family Library in Calgary, Canada, is a unique library located inside the Westbrook LRT station in the Rosscarrock neighborhood. Opened in 2016, it offers a range of services including accessible after-hours materials return, children's space, computers and printers, meeting rooms, study space, and free Wi-Fi.
This innovative library was made possible by a generous $1 million donation from the Nicholls family, prominent philanthropists in Calgary. Brenda and Greig Nicholls, longstanding supporters of the Calgary Public Library Foundation, believe in the transformative power of libraries for the entire city.
