Mountain View Yoga, located in Carstairs, AB, is led by Karina Valleau, who achieved her Iyengar Teacher Certification in 2018 after an extensive eight-year journey. This process included five years of focused Iyengar yoga practice, including study at RIMYI in Pune, India, alongside three years of teacher training under a Senior Iyengar teaching team.
