The Loyal Edmonton Regiment Military Museum is situated within the historic Prince of Wales Armouries Heritage Centre, where the regiment was based from 1920 to 1965. It features two main galleries, the Griesbach Gallery and the Stone Gallery, dedicated to showcasing the rich history of the regiment and Canadian military artifacts from the First World War to the present.

In addition to the galleries, the museum houses several display cabinets that feature various memorabilia and a large storage area for archival materials not currently on exhibit. The museum also provides educational resources and opportunities for public engagement, including group tours and volunteer programs.
