The Barista Academy was established in 2001 with main campuses in Toronto, Vancouver and satellite campuses wherever specialty coffee competitions were being held in Canada that year (Calgary, Montreal, Quebec, etc,). We have trained thousands of new cafe owners, managers, baristas and coffee roaster entrepreneurs through our hands-on training courses and in-house consulting.
