calan beef noodle is now the first and only lanzhou hand-pulled noodle restaurant in calgary. our noodles are hand-made in the open kitchen, you can see how the noodles are made in front of you. all the spices for our broth are imported from Lanzhou, China. our goal is to provide customer authentic lanzhou hand-pulled noodles and a great experience. we are opened since september , 2017. in 2018, we are being selected as one of the best asian food in Canada.
