Bow Valley Gourmet is a Private Chef/Catering company based in Canmore, Alberta. This company will end the guessing game of restaurants in Canmore. Chef Michael Anderson will work with you to create a customized Menu to best fit you and your event. We cater a wide variety of events and can work remotely in any location. We have also added Big Dog Smokehouse and BBQ to our options for guests to choose from. Our Foods Truck revolves around regional Southern BBQ.
