Located along the Bow River 10-minutes east of downtown Calgary, Bow Habitat Station offers a unique learning experience that’s sure to be a splash. Investigate, explore and discover Alberta’s fish, wildlife, water and aquatic ecosystems through hands-on exhibits and freshwater aquariums in the Discovery Centre. Feed thousands of fish in the Fish Hatchery while you discover what it takes to raise over a million trout each year. Cast a line in the Trout Pond (seasonally May-September). Take a stroll along the trails of the Interpretive Wetlands. Open year-round, the facility is wheelchair accessible and fun for all ages. Limited free parking is available in the main lot for Pearce Estate Park. Visit bowhabitat.alberta.ca for up-to-date hours.
