Atek Water Systems was founded in 1997 by Marshall Fletcher and Wilf Bullerkist, a team of entrepreneurs who have been in the field since 1981 and 1995 respectively. Before establishing their business, Wilf was working for a expendables logistics while Marshall was employed in another company in the industry. Having to always work far away, they decided to found their own company locally, originally focusing on smaller projects. However, their unrivalled expertise allowed Atek Water Systems to grow rapidly and eventually undertake bigger projects. With a team of 14 dedicated employees, the family-oriented company is now one of the largest water companies in Northern Alberta, with the ability to realize projects of all complexities.
