At De Jonkman you’re enjoying a fine gastronomical experience in a cosy and serene setting just outside the historical centre of Bruges. From beautiful classic preparations with a fresh twist to original creations by chef Filip Claeys. It’s Filip his point of honour to work only with local products, for example his initiative The North Sea Chefs, of which Filip is one of the founding members. The North Sea Chefs are aiming for sustainable fishery with recognition for the lesser known fishes from our North Sea, catched by our Belgian fisherman. Next to the gastronomical dishes, De Jonkman offers an extensive wine and beer list, more than 750 references from the wine world and almost 100 Belgian Beers.
