The chef/owner is antonio, Italian chef, from Biella, in Piedmont , his wife, the manager of the dinning room, is tatiana, we have 3 kids, that the are mostly, in the restaurant plus, 2 fantastic golden retriever, marta and lino. our waiter is devid, italian from florence firenze plus as helper for antonio Raimondo, polish guy, that learn from antonio, to make pizza the pizza over since feb 2020, is old school with gas and fire brick, like in italia
