Tour from May - Oktober. The chase of Orson Welles aka Harry Lime in the movie "The Third Man" became world famous and with it the Vienna sewer. Today, Vienna's sewage system presents itself as a modern wastewater system that combines technological innovation with great history. With our sewer workers you can take a look into this mystified city under the city and learn about the new and old from the underworld in the footsteps of the famous penicillin smuggler Harry Lime. You can explore the sewage system from May to October, from Thursday to Sunday.
