365 days a year & daily from 11 am to 10 pm you can discover the taste of the Zillertal mountains in the Neuhaus Zillertal Restaurant. Our motto: "What comes from the region tastes especially good". The ingredients that we transform into culinary specialities are mostly from the nearby surroundings. With our own farm, we even go one step further: with food from our own garden & own production, we create recipes from yesteryear, sometimes interpreted in a modern way, sometimes completely traditional. Accompanied with treasures from our wine cellar.
