Our appartement house Nina is situated in the very heart of Ellmau at the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol in a central, but quiet and sunny location, with two beautiful suites for up to 8 persons. The house ist a good starting point for hiking, biking or climbing tours, skiing, tobogganing and cross-country skiing. Centrally located, Appartement Nina is suitable especially for families: public playground, kneipp facilities, tennis courts and the village centre are only a 1-2 minutes' walk away. The sports shop, which is situated in-house, offers hiking and skiing equipment as well as hiking boot and e-bike rental. In winter our holiday guests have an exclusive discount of a 20 % on ski rental.

All our apartments have been renovated in 2017 and now offer all new furniture - modern but with a sense of tradition. Sit together at our solid wood corner seats that you will find in all the living rooms. Wooden parquet floors in all bedrooms gives off a pleasant rural scent and lets you enjoy a good night's sleep. Every bathroom is equipped with modern and environmentally friendly showers and WC. You will find a dishwasher and microwave oven in all kitchenettes. Each apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser or the village and the surrounding mountains. You will have access to our fast and free WIFI everywhere in the house. For our guests, we provide a children’s play room, a fitness room and a ski room. For electronic vehicles, there is a wallbox (type 2) for charging directly in front of the house.
