Fischerie

Our idea: Fish is healthy - but the sea is far away! That´s why fischerie offers only fresh water fisch from local waters: freshly caught from lakes, natural ponds or aquaponics systems. Daily fresh fish is coming on short distances to our kitchen team who is transforming them into inspiring meals of local and international cuisine. Our Austrian and French winegrowers provide for the right wine entourage. And the desserts? Are homemade! According to our theme: What we are doing makes the world!
