Eis Greissler Linz

City With a Sweet Tradition In 2016, we traveled up the Danube and found a beautiful little store that seemed to be waiting to become an Eis Greissler. Besides our ice cream, we also sell some other products there: cute enamel mugs, homemade jams or apple chips. We believe that our store is a great culinary addition to the wide range of social and cultural activities that Linz offers. The special flavour that we made for the opening was “Linzer Torte” – a local pastry made with nuts and a filling of red jam, topped with a lattice crust. Its recipe is supposedly the oldest one in the world! Paired with the newest ice cream flavour, it made for a delicious combination!
