Our chef guarantees a high quality standard and recommends daily the best delicacies. Fresh herbs, organic fruits and vegetables from our own garden refine our dishes. The apples from our orchard are processed into the best apple juice, the plums are cooked according to old recipes and served as a stewed plums to the traditional Kaiserschmarrn!
